Main Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions and provide actionable financial insights.
❖ Prepare and present accurate financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Profile of Education/Skills/Experience Required:
❖ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification a plus).
❖ At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting (start-up or high-growth experience preferred).
❖ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
❖ Knowledge of tax regulations, forecasting, and budgeting.

❖ Collaborate with the marketing team to engage influencers and social media personalities to amplify brand visibility.
❖ Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for internal teams.
❖ Help craft and promote the brand’s narrative across all platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
❖ Assist in handling any potential PR crises and respond to media inquiries or negative publicity.
❖ Provide administrative support to the PR team, including managing media contacts and coordinating interviews.
Profile of Education/Skills/Experience Required:
❖ A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Assist in product photography, capturing our collections’ unique textures, colors, and designs
❖ Support the marketing team by creating on-brand visuals for campaigns and product launches
❖ Assist in lifestyle photography, collaborating with models, stylists, and set designers
❖ Edit and retouch images to ensure professional, high-quality visuals for social media and e-commerce
❖ Help manage and organize photo shoots, from planning and logistics to execution and post-production
❖ Assist with creating video content for social media (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), if applicable
❖ Maintain photography equipment and manage props, sets, and location details
❖ Any other office tasks, as assigned by the team
PROFILE OF EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
❖ Must be pursuing or have completed a degree or certification in photography, visual arts, fashion, or a related field
❖ Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow in a start-up environment
❖ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
